Director of The Willows
Heather has over 20 years’ experience in the senior retirement industry. She has been a part of the St. Andrew’s Resources for Seniors family for over 12 years. The last 8 years she has been proud to be the Director of The Willows. Her passion is working with seniors to provide the highest level in independent living with an active, healthy lifestyle in a warm and inviting environment.
Rev Jake Denap
Rev Jacob DeNap is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ. Previously, Jake has worked as a chaplain in Pediatric Emergency Medicine and in Hospice/Palliative Care. Jake lives in St Louis city with his beloved spouse and children. He has a special interest in healthcare ethics, poetry, and the ways we create community.
Business Office Manager/Lead Concierge
Roxie has over 22 years of business office management and customer service experience. Roxie joined our team two years ago and has quickly become a part of The Willows family earning the trust and friendship of the residents and their families. She is happy to be a part of The Willows and the opportunity to make a difference in the daily lives of our residents.
Health & Wellness Director
Joel earned a degree in Music Therapy from Maryville University, which he has parlayed into a 21-year career working in the health care field as an Activity Assistant or Activity Director. Joel plays piano and is involved in community theater both in directing and performing. He brings all of these exceptional experiences with him creating programs to both stimulate residents mentally, spiritually and physically. He has been a staple of The Willows family overseeing an excellent activity department loved by our residents.
Kacee first joined our team over 12 years ago as a cook and quickly rose to the position of Executive Chef. Kacee comes with over 25 years experience in the restaurant business. When asked what is the best part about being here at The Willows he replies “the residents”!
Director of Culinary Services
Phil delights in providing residents with a top-quality dining experience equal to the ones seen by patrons at some of the top restaurants where he used to work. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he enjoys sharing his love of Italian cooking and seafood, reminding him of his large Italian family where food is everything.
Director of Environmental Services
Originally from Chicago, Holly has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Evansville. She has lived in St. Louis for the past 20 years, enjoying a long career in hotel management prior to joining the Brooking Park family. She enjoys getting to know the residents and their families, who are some of the nicest people she has ever met in her career.
